NEXTAS active alignment systems deliver precision assembly for optical modules and optical engines, supporting every stage from R&D and pilot runs to volume production. Each system integrates six-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) positioning system, machine vision, optical power-based optimization, adhesive dispensing, and UV pre-curing .
The product range includes R&D platforms, single-head, dual-head, and dual-station systems, accommodating for coupling fiber array units (FAUs), lenses, and planar lightwave circuit (PLC) components,etc. Each system can be operated independently and can be configured as semi-automatic or fully automatic, with automation modules selected to match the optical layout and production requirements.
