NEXTAS fully automated multi-station alignment systems integrate material handling, active alignment, adhesive dispensing, and UV pre-curing for volume production of high-speed optical modules and optical engines. Stations are coordinated around the process sequence and cycle times to reduce waiting and manual transfers. Channel balancing, recipe management, and process traceability support both throughput and consistent coupling performance.
